Job description
Methodist Healthcare in San Antonio is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN for the Cath Lab. This role coordinates and delivers high-quality, evidence-based cardiac and vascular care, overseeing patient flow, pre-, intra-, and post-procedure nursing care, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The coordinator supports physicians during invasive procedures, manages sedation monitoring and hemodynamic assessment, and mentors Cath Lab staff through education, coaching, and competency validation. The position collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes, enhance patient experience, and support quality improvement and staff development initiatives.
