St. David’s Medical Center in Austin, TX is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Freestanding ED in Manor. In this leadership role, you will coordinate day-to-day nursing operations, ensure safe, efficient emergency care, and support a collaborative, patient-centered environment. You will guide bedside staff, optimize patient flow, uphold evidence-based practice, and promote a culture of safety, respect, and continuous learning while partnering with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.
