Methodist Healthcare in San Antonio seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN for our Surgical Med Surg unit. In this leadership role, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, compassionate care for diverse adult surgical patients. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, and oversight of daily unit operations, including admissions, discharges, and throughput. You will serve as a clinical resource and preceptor, support evidence-based practice, and champion safety and quality initiatives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment with strong professional growth opportunities.
