Job description
Methodist Healthcare in San Antonio seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Burn Unit. This role provides leadership at the bedside, coordinating complex burn care and ensuring safe, evidence-based nursing practice. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to manage wound care, pain control, and fluid management while mentoring nurses and supporting staff education. The coordinator helps oversee daily unit operations, supports quality and safety initiatives, and champions compassionate, patient- and family-centered care in a mission-driven environment with strong growth opportunities.
