Methodist Healthcare in San Antonio seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN for our PACU. In this leadership-focused role, you’ll deliver and coordinate high-quality post-anesthesia nursing care, oversee patient flow, and support a collaborative, mission-driven team. Responsibilities include patient assessment, monitoring, IV medication administration, and airway management, while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and accurate EHR documentation. You’ll mentor staff, support quality improvement, and educate patients and families, advancing compassionate, evidence-based recovery care in a fast-paced surgical environment.
