Job description
Ogden Regional Medical Center seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Med Surg unit. In this leadership role, you will coordinate patient flow, guide bedside nurses, and support safe, evidence-based care. Responsibilities include staffing and assignments, collaborating with physicians and allied teams, and monitoring quality and safety metrics. You’ll mentor staff, support onboarding and education, and promote our patient-first, team-oriented culture.
