Job description
Memorial Satilla Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN to provide leadership and bedside care on our acute care units. In this role, you will coordinate patient care, guide nursing staff, and support best-practice clinical standards. Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing and updating care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You will monitor quality, safety, and compliance, assist with staff education and mentoring, and help optimize patient flow and satisfaction in a compassionate, patient-first environment.
