Job description
Norton Healthcare, Inc. in Louisville, KY, seeks a Clinical Nurse Educator to assess, develop, plan, present and evaluate education activities across patient care areas.
You will collaborate with management, staff and APRNs to advance learning and competence, lead orientation/in-services, and promote the Norton Healthcare nursing practice model based on Dr. Swanson's Theory of Caring. This role supports professional development at all staff levels.
