Location:Samaritan Medical CenterDepartment: SMC NURS PROF DEVPay Range:38.76 - 51.36Care for our community, and your career.· Bachelor's degree in Nursing, education, or related field. Master’s degree in Nursing/Education preferred.· Three years of clinical experience required, operating room experience required. Experience in precepting, curriculum development and instructional design preferred.· Demonstrates knowledge of adult education principles, learner-centered training, needs assessment and performance evaluation.· Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills required. Must be highly motivated, creative, self-directed, articulate, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.· Must possess a comprehensive broad based knowledge and the ability to interact with and educate all levels of learners within the Samaritan organization.· Must have the ability to utilize a variety of educational tools and equipment.· Current license as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.· Basic Life Support certification required at time of hire.Samaritan is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
