Job description
The Clinical Nurse Educator supports the ENT/plastic reconstructive division in a top-ranked surgical unit, focusing on staff education, professional development, and patient outcome optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate educational and professional development activities for clinical and non-clinical staff.
Collaborate with staff and external organizations to develop and deliver clinical training, continuing education, and professional growth opportunities.
Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Work with leadership to identify educational needs and develop tailored education plans.
Engage in ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
RN license required.
2-5 years of nursing experience; 5-10 years preferred for advanced roles.
Strong collaboration, assessment, and educational planning skills.
Basic Cardiovascular Life Support certification preferred.
