Hillcrest HealthCare System in Tulsa is seeking a Clinical Educator / RN to lead nursing education across our regional network. In this role, you will design and deliver orientations, in-services, and competency-based training that support safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care.
You will collaborate with clinical leaders to assess learning needs, implement evidence-based education, and mentor nurses in professional growth.
