BMCHS is seeking a Professional Development Nurse Educator – Generalist to design, coordinate, implement, and evaluate orientation programs for newly hired RNs, UAPs, and other clinical staff. You will lead classroom, simulation, and competency-based learning across Brighton BMC in collaboration with Nursing Leadership and HR.
