Job description
Provides direct patient care in specialized units, including ICUs and ER, promoting patient-centered care, safety, and quality compliance. Develops and implements individualized care plans, assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and educates patients and families on managing illness and post-treatment care.
The role requires active participation in professional development, collaboration with the healthcare team, and adherence to standards of nursing practice. It involves working in a safety-sensitive environment with a focus on communication and care continuity.
Qualifications & Skills:
RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
Minimum of 2 years RN experience in acute care settings preferred.
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Duties:
Assess patient needs and develop care plans collaboratively.
Educate patients and families on health management and home care.
Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities.
Maintain documentation and ensure clear communication across care teams.
