What You'll Do
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical unit.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
Experience:
At least one year of Medical Surgical RN experience preferred
Licenses & Certifications:
Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
BCLS certification required
