Strives for quality outcomes and innovative practice in accordance with the California Nursing Practice Act and the Hospital/departmental policies. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self (or others who are under her/his direction) and for the delivery of care consistent with the ANA Code of Ethics and the ANA Bill of Rights for Nursing. The Clinical Nurse provides care in a collaborative manner with other disciplines to ensure optimal, individualized patient care and outcomes. All aspects of the Clinical Nurse’s performance supports service excellence and a healing environment.**QUALIFICATIONS****Education**Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.**Experience***Critical Care Unit*Must have recent one (1) year clinical nursing experience in area of specialty.**License/Certifications**Registered Nurse License - California Board of Registered NursingBasic Life Support - American Heart AssociationAdvanced Cardiac Life Support- American Heart Association**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**Ability to communicate in English and to perform potentially complex speaking, reading, writing, and mathematics.Ability to organize, prioritize and delegate appropriately.**Ages of Patients Served**This position will serve all age groups one year of age or greater.**Salary Range:**$93.87 - $122.62 USD Hour**The Physical Requirements and Working Conditions of this job are available.
