Job description
Northern Light Mercy Hospital in South Portland, ME seeks a Clinical Nurse Lead (RN) to provide expert nursing practice in the Primary Care department. The role partners with the unit manager to maintain clinical practice, quality of care, and staff education.
You will deliver patient care, delegate duties, mentor colleagues, and participate in patient safety initiatives while upholding hospital policies and HIPAA.
