Job description
Fort Defiance Indian Hospital Board, Inc. is seeking an experienced Nurse Leader to guide professional staff under the Nurse Executive, ensuring alignment with the facility's mission and values.
You will oversee workload distribution, mentor nursing teams, and drive evidence-based patient care in women’s health and obstetrics. The role requires at least 4 years of direct RN experience in women’s health (OB) and 2 years in leadership/coaching.
