Job description
OhioHealth in Mansfield, OH is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the Nursing Unit on Medical Unit 4. You will plan, organize, and evaluate the delivery of evidence-based care, while guiding staff and collaborating with other disciplines to ensure high quality outcomes.
The role includes leadership in staffing, performance management, and participation in hospital governance. Night shift, 40 hours per week, with emphasis on safety and continuous improvement.
