Salary Range: $83,198.53 To $118,720.63 Annually
RN with Associate Degree: $83,198.53 - $116,851.00
RN with Bachelor's Degree: $84,529.70 - $118,720.63
Position Summary
Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the RN Site Supervisor provides leadership and oversight of clinical operations, supervises nursing and support staff, coordinates patient care activities, and ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple clinic locations.
Coordinate communication and workflow between providers, clinical teams, and front office staff.
Provide direct patient care, assessments, triage, medication administration, and patient education.
Assist with staff training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
Minimum Qualifications
Current Hawaii Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Current BLS certification.
Community health center and/or managed care experience preferred.
