Job description
Northwell Health in New York is seeking an experienced registered nurse to develop age-specific care plans using the nursing process, collaborate with physicians, and lead patient care on the unit.
You will assess physiologic and psychosocial health, determine outcomes, plan and implement care, and evaluate results while guiding the care team and ensuring safety and quality for patients.
