Job description
Jefferson Health in Moorestown, NJ, seeks a Registered Nurse, Coordinator of Patient Care Services, to lead a unit’s daily operations and serve as a clinical resource for the care team. This role supervises staffing, mentors colleagues, and ensures high-quality patient care across shifts.
The coordinator will partner with the Nurse Manager to optimize patient flow, participate in clinical governance, and maintain nursing standards on the designated unit during a 3pm–11pm schedule.
