Job description
UVA Health seeks a dedicated Clinical Nurse Leader to drive quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and care delivery enhancements across multiple ambulatory clinics in Charlottesville. This role emphasizes systems thinking, regulatory readiness, and collaboration with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary partners.
Ideal candidates will have a master's or doctoral degree in nursing, a VA nursing license, CNL certification, and at least 2 years of RN experience in relevant settings.
