nnIncrease patient satisfaction, enhance and minimize nursing sensitive measures.

nnReduce hospital acquired conditions and increase patient education.

nnDemonstrate leadership, experience and creative approaches in the management of complex patient care.
n
nnCoordinate care for diverse patient populations in a cost effective manner.

n nWhat minimum requirements you'll need
nLicensure/Certification/Registration:
nnnBLS Provider obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
n
nnRegistered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
n
nnClinical Nurse Leader certification issued by the Commission of Nurse Certification (CNC) preferred .
n
n nEducation:
nnDiploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required and Master's degree required.
n nAdditional Preferences:
nnn5 years minimum experience in the OR
n
nnCNOR preferred
n
nnMaster's degree required.
