Intermountain Health seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead daily nursing operations and ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. This role oversees staffing, clinical workflows, and adherence to evidence-based standards while mentoring and developing nurses in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. The manager partners with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to drive quality, safety, and patient experience outcomes, manages performance and education, supports change initiatives, and promotes a culture of integrity, innovation, and well-being for both patients and caregivers.
