Job description
UCLA Health in Los Angeles seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager for the Head and Neck Surgery division at Westwood to coordinate outpatient services, supervise nurses, NPs, MAs and support staff, and oversee scheduling, performance evaluations, and charge capture within EPIC/CareConnect.
The role includes budget planning, equipment procurement oversight, SOP development, and leading quality and patient-satisfaction initiatives, with regular reporting to the Clinical Director.
