About This Role
The Clinical Nurse Manager at NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital is responsible for managing patient care delivery across the unit, serving as a clinical resource and administrator in the absence of unit leaders. This role is ideal for experienced nurses looking to lead and foster a culture of excellence in patient care.

Pay: $130,000 - $155,000/year

Schedule: Full-Time, Evening shift
What You'll Do
Manage patient care delivery across the unit.
Serve as a clinical resource and administrator in the absence of unit leaders.
Foster passion for the hospital-wide mission of Putting Patients First.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with nursing standards and practices.
Requirements
Education:
BSN required, MSN preferred
Experience:
Minimum of two years nursing practice and Charge Nurse/or equivalent experience
Licenses & Certifications:
Current New York State RN license
BCLS certification
Pursuing certification in specialty to complete within 2 years
