Job description
The Appalachian Regional Healthcare Inc. in Beckley, WV is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead a nursing unit on shift and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
You will supervise clinical staff, coordinate admissions and discharges, monitor care quality, and collaborate with the management team to foster service excellence and staff development. A valid RN license and BLS are required; ACLS, PALS and other certifications are preferred or obtained within specified timelines.
