Job description
Ochsner Health is seeking a nurse leader to assume unit responsibility for practice, quality of care, and service within a patient care area. You will supervise staff, manage budgets and inventory, and drive improvements to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
The role requires an RN license, an associate degree (BSN preferred), and 7 years of health care experience with 2 in supervision or management. BLS certification is required, with strong leadership and organizational skills essential.
