St. Joseph Hospital is looking for an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager ready to lead, inspire and make an impact.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supports and promotes the mission and values of Covenant Health Ministry
Uses established nursing standards/policies when designing patient care following the New Hampshire Board of Nursing, State and Local requirements, and ANA guidelines.
Establishes and measures general and unit specific competencies in collaboration with clinical education, and provides opportunity for staff members to achieve their required competencies.
Provides mentorship for staff enrolled in clinical advancement.
Ensures unit schedule is posted on time with adequate staffing to support the needs of the department.
Promotes certification and membership in a professional organization.
Job Requirements
Job Knowledge and Skills
Registered Nurses working in specialty areas must meet requirements for those specialties as determined by that specific discipline.
Certification in specialty or Nursing Leadership preferred
Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training preferred or obtained prior to completion of orientation
Education and Experience
Minimum of 3-5 Years clinical nursing experience required.
