Job description
The Clinical Nurse Manager at Appalachian Regional Healthcare Inc. is responsible for supervising nursing services on designated units, ensuring safe, efficient patient care and alignment with organizational goals.
You will lead staffing, evaluate staff competency, and collaborate with physicians and managers to implement clinical standards. A valid RN license in Kentucky and 2+ years of management experience are required; 5+ years preferred; BSN/MSN preferred.
