Job description
Appalachian Regional Healthcare Inc. seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the nursing unit, ensure high-quality patient-centered care, and coordinate shift-based nursing functions with the leadership team.
The CNM collaborates with staff and management to support a patient-first culture, model organizational values, and drive performance improvement. Licensure in KY or WV and current BLS are required with ACLS etc. within six months.
