About This Role
The Clinical Nurse Manager for Pediatric Medical Surgical Units at NewYork-Presbyterian is responsible for managing the delivery of patient care, ensuring efficient operations, and promoting a culture of safety and quality. This role is ideal for a leader passionate about pediatric nursing and committed to excellence in patient care.

Schedule : Full-Time, Evening shift
What You'll Do
Manage the delivery of patient care in Pediatric Medical Surgical, Oncology, and Progressive Care Units.
Facilitate efficient daily operations related to patient throughput, including admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Promote a culture of safety and quality by implementing established standards, protocols, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with the Patient Care Director to establish unit goals aligned with the hospital's strategic goals.
Monitor staff compliance with regulatory, hospital, and divisional requirements.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
Experience
A minimum of two years acute Pediatric nursing experience required
Previous leadership experience preferred
Licenses & Certifications
Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
BCLS certification required
National Certification preferred
