About This Role
The Clinical Nurse Manager for the Emergency Department at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is responsible for coordinating clinical care, managing staffing needs, and fostering a collaborative environment. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are passionate about team-building and delivering high-quality, family-centered services.

Schedule: Full-Time, Night shift
What You'll Do
Coordinate all aspects of clinical care in the Emergency Department.
Assist with unit administration and manage staffing needs.
Counsel staff RNs regularly, providing clinical education and follow-up.
Foster collaboration and independent thinking among team members.
Lead and round with the night staff.
Mentor and coach staff, implementing performance and quality improvement.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Master's degree preferred
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience within the Emergency Department preferred
Licenses & Certifications: Current New York State registration to practice nursing
Demonstrated leadership competencies
Previous clinical expertise within the Emergency Department
