Job description
UF Health in Jacksonville seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager to support the Nurse Manager with supervision and clinical expertise on the unit. The role involves hiring/firing, staff evaluations, orientation, and participation in performance improvement initiatives.
You will assist in budgeting and maintain focus on patient-centered care and top-notch service. Ideal candidates have RN licensure in Florida, 3–5 years of acute care experience, and BSN within three years of hire.
