Job description
Join a 43-bed Med/Surg unit in a full-time RN role, primarily working night shifts. This position offers benefits eligibility and a sign-on bonus opportunity. Responsibilities include:
Providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
Promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-discharge needs.
Participating in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, along with ongoing professional development.
Developing and communicating individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring continuity of care.
Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers.
Qualifications:
RN license required; no prior experience necessary, but 2+ years of experience is preferred.
Safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe work practices.
