Job description
Inova Fairfax Hospital within Inova Health System is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Mentor to support the Float Pool departments. The role focuses on training and mentoring staff to ensure high-quality nursing care, with orientation and development support for new and existing clinicians.
Responsibilities include shaping educational programs and promoting clinical development, while working a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday.
