Job description
Yale Health seeks an experienced Clinical Nurse to provide direct patient care to Yale Health members in a high-volume outpatient setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care and support both clinical and administrative tasks.
The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and CT RN licensure, with preferred experience in EMR systems and triage. A full-time schedule typically Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with occasional early mornings or evenings.
