Job description
This position involves providing direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and medication administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote a healing environment by educating patients and their families on post-treatment care and medication use.
Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team and patient or caregivers, and communicate care plans across settings.
Assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.
Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness and safe practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Current RN license required.
No prior experience necessary; 2 years of experience is preferred for advanced roles.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
