Your Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive assessments of patients, conduct diagnostic tests, and develop tailored care strategies
Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses, either in collaboration with physicians or independently (subject to your credentials)
Provide education to patients and families regarding prevention, wellness strategies, and chronic disease management
Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with your scope of practice
Engage in patient follow-up and chronic care management
Work alongside interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and seamless care
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
Qualifications
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Certification Requirements
Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to obtain within 90 days)
Key Skills
