Job description
The Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a Clinical Nurse to provide safe, evidence-based nursing care within the Relationship Centered Care model. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, while educating patients and families on their care plans and transitions.
