Job description
This position serves as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Heart & Vascular Services , acting as a clinical expert to promote evidence-based practice by collaborating with staff, patients, families, and physicians. Key responsibilities include providing direct patient care and consultation, enhancing healthcare quality through education for patients, families, and healthcare professionals, supporting clinical practice development, and conducting research. The role emphasizes improving patient outcomes and advancing clinical practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited CNS program
RN license and certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist
Minimum of 2 years of nursing, charge, or leadership experience (preferred: 2-5 years, Doctorate in Nursing)
No supervisory experience required
Key Duties:
Provide expert clinical care and consultation
Educate patients, families, and staff to improve healthcare outcomes
Support and develop clinical practices based on scientific research
