Job description
BJC HealthCare is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to advance patient care across our Healthcare & Medical Services teams. In this expert clinical role, you will provide direct and consultative care, develop and implement evidence-based practice, and mentor nursing staff to improve outcomes and safety. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on complex cases, lead quality and performance-improvement initiatives, and support staff education.
