Mission Health in Asheville, NC is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead and support high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will coordinate daily nursing activities, oversee patient flow, and ensure adherence to clinical standards and safety protocols. The Coordinator mentors bedside RNs, supports care plan development, and collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You will participate in staff scheduling, orientation, and performance feedback, while promoting evidence-based practice and regulatory compliance in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
