Job description
Position: Clinical Nurse Supervisor
Location: LOH Main - Naperville
Role Overview: Responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, documenting care, and evaluating outcomes. Supervises unit staff to ensure safe, efficient, and standards-compliant nursing care. Coordinates patient placement, manages workflow for admissions/discharges, and oversees unit projects. Collaborates with medical staff to plan and deliver patient care, resolving complex issues. Participates in hiring, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions for department personnel, providing guidance on sensitive matters and resolving complaints.
Qualifications: Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or higher; Illinois RN license; CPI certification within 90 days; problem-solving, conflict management, and customer service skills.
Preferred Experience: Previous charge nurse and minimum three years behavioral health experience.
Skills & Responsibilities: Leadership in supervising staff, managing patient care delivery, coordinating with healthcare teams, and ensuring compliance with standards. Handles personnel issues and supports staff development. #J-18808-Ljbffr
