Job description
Luxor at Mills Pond Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in St. James, NY, is seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager (RD/RDN) to lead nutritional care for residents in a skilled nursing setting.
The ideal candidate will perform assessments, develop care plans, monitor nutritional status, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes. Compensation is $80,000-$90,000 per year.
