Job description
CareRite Centers, LLC is seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager / Registered Dietitian to lead our clinical nutrition program in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. This full-time role collaborates with nursing, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional nutritional care and regulatory compliance.
You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and monitor individualized care plans, supervise dietary staff, and ensure accurate documentation.
