Landmark Infusion is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our growing home infusion nutrition support team in Irving, TX. This role focuses on evaluating and transitioning short‑term acute parenteral nutrition (TPN) patients from hospital to home care, ensuring safe and effective therapy.
As a clinical leader in nutrition support, you will collaborate with physicians, dietitians, nursing staff, and operations to optimize PN formulations, monitor labs, and support accreditation
