Job description
Baptist Memorial Health in Memphis, TN seeks a licensed pharmacist to provide age-specific pharmaceutical care and clinical services in designated patient care areas. The incumbent will support QA, PI activities, and contribute to hospital goals while ensuring medication safety and high-quality service.
The role requires a BS or PharmD with active licensure (within 120 days of hire). Hospital experience is preferred and involvement in committees and education is encouraged.
