Job description
Howard Head Sports Medicine in Edwards, CO is seeking a Psychosocial Oncology Counselor/Social Worker for a full-time, 40-hour week (8am-4:30pm) to support Shaw Cancer Center and Shaw at Home. You will perform psychosocial assessments, provide individual and family counseling, and contribute to survivorship programs.
The role includes care coordination with community partners, addressing financial toxicity with navigators, and representing the center at events while upholding HIPAA compliance
