\ N What You’ll Be Doing
\ N Oversee all operational aspects of assigned trials—start-up through close-out
\ N Manage CRAs and IHCRAs;
coach, review deliverables, ensure monitoring quality
\ N Drive CRO oversight: KPIs, governance, performance management
\ N Ensure TMF accuracy, inspection readiness, and documentation excellence
\ N Lead RBM strategy, SDV/SDR optimization, and centralized monitoring activities
\ N Support audits/inspections and act as escalation point for complex site issues
\ N Monitor enrollment, deviations, CAPAs, and timeline risks
\ N About You
\ N 8+ years clinicalresearch + 6+ years on-site CRA experience
\ N Strong oversight skills(in-house + CRO models)
\ N Expert in GCP, RBM, andinspection readiness
\ N Strong communicator, mentor, and cross-functional partner
